All Star Game
Meilla and Rhapsody decided to explore the city today. It was a nice day to go out; not too hot and not too humid. They encountered a couple of promotional statues of Lady Liberty decorated with baseball team logos due to the All Star Game taking place at Yankee Stadium. This year is the final year that Yankee Stadium will be open. They enjoyed posing with Lady Liberty. One was located on West Broadway, right below Houston Street. The one with the Brooklyn Dodgers was located near South Ferry; they don’t recall the exact street.
The two then decided to take a ride of the Staten Island Ferry. Rhapsody enjoyed the ferry ride. Unfortunately, Meilla wasn’t feeling too well with the choppy water, and hence, you don’t see pictures of her on the ferry.
